What makes our Skincare products different than other cosmetic skincare line?
We believe skin care should be effective and innovative, yet natural. What you put on your skin matters to us which is why natural ingredients are the corner stone of all our skincare products.
One of our skincare line is made out of Gob leaves which are an excellent source of antioxidants used for centuries topically to treat various irritations and inflammations on the skin, including psoriasis, eczema and acne. Women have used the leaves of the tree for centuries to exfoliate, soften and brighten their skin. It can also help to prevent the appearance of wrinkles and scars, as well as keeping the skin tight and energised with oxygenated blood. The cleansing mask is also a rich source of vitamin C needed for the growth and repair of cells in all parts of your body, including your skin and scalp.
Our ingredients are tried and tested on real people to produce the best possible skincare products for your skin. We do not use harsh ingredients such as fillers, parabens and synthetics to supplement poor quality. We believe products should be worth their price, which is why our emphasis has always been on quality over quantity and the natural over the synthetic.
All of our products have been tested on ourselves and on volunteers, and only contain active natural plant based ingredients. The products are 100% vegan fragrance-free, paraben-free. We do not believe in testing on animals as we believe in animal welfare. It is our belief that skincare should be cruelty-free in its production.

The HiClearSkin line includes products that have been specially formulated for Dehydrated/Sensitive & Dry skin. They are designed to calm sensitive conditions while still providing mild ingredients that produce transformative results. In addition to that our range of skincare are so effective in gently nourishing, protecting, soothing, and rejuvenate the most delicate skin.
Are the any side effects to using HiClearSkin products?
It is very rare to experience any adverse effects from the use of HiClearSkin range. Please consult a physician however, if you experience irritation before using our products or if you are pregnant or lactating or if you are under care for a medical condition.
Are HiClearSkin products fragrance-free?
There are no perfumes or artificial fragrances used in our range of skincare products.
How long will it take to see results?
Although individual results may vary, many clients have noticed results within just a few days of using our products. Best results are observed after four weeks of daily use. Our skincare range are formulated for fast, effective and long-lasting results and target most all skin concerns.

I bought something and didn’t get an email from you. Do you ship Internationally?

How long will it take to get my order?
We'll receive your order and process it within 1-2 days after purchase. Once payment has been processed we aim to ship and process your order within 24 hours of receipt. As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with tracking info.
From dispatch please allow around 1–5 working days.
What time are deliveries usually made?
Usually during (Monday to Sunday, 9am-6pm) but that will depend on your local delivery service.
What happens if I am not at home?
Small enough items will be delivered to your postbox and if the postman does not have access to your postbox, they will be redelivered to your address or left at your local post office for you to pick up.
Customs & Import Fess?
As orders are currently shipped from the UK, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. Sometimes for orders outside of the region, there may be customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences or air and ground transportation strikes. Please refer to the Customs and Excise regulations for your country or territory.
I ordered something but I want to change the delivery address?
You must contact us within 1 business day of placing the order to arrange an address change.
You can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as the subject.
Do you offer returns?
We want to make your life easier.
We do accept returns within 14 days from delivery. If you want to return the order because the product is damaged/defective, we will pay for return shipment. Certain items are not eligible for a refund for hygienic reasons.
