Clear Me should only be used on clean skin. If you use a prescription or over-the-counter acne treatment, please consult a physician before combining.

Are Hiclearskin devices travel-friendly?

Yes! Clear Me 3-Minute Spot Treatment, these spa-grade skincare products can be carried onto airplanes in your personal bag. Do NOT store them in your checked luggage, as their lithium ion batteries are prohibited in checked baggage.

What type of results should I expect to see with the Clear Me: 3-Minute Spot Treatment?

This spot treatment device harnesses the power of both Red Light Therapy and Blue Light Therapy to visibly treat acne and breakouts, while speeding up the healing of inflamed skin.

The Clear Me: 3-Minute Spot Treatment comes with a specialized pre-programmed three-minute treatment session featuring a combination of Red and Blue Light Therapy. Together, they’re scientifically-proven to fight acne, reduce sebum production and inflammation, brighten post-acne hyperpigmentation, and prevent future breakouts. 

Most users see improvements in pimples and whiteheads after 2-3 uses, and 90% improvement of acne in nine light therapy sessions. As for long term use, you can expect a significant reduction in the number of acne lesions and inflammatory lesions. Everyone’s skin is unique, so results may vary. We also recommend supplementing your routine with a cleanser and moisturizer that are compatible with your skin type. Some users may experience “purging,” or a temporary increase in pimples upon introducing Clear Me into their routines. If this occurs, your skin should normalize after a few additional sessions with Clear Me.

Contraindications

Clear Me: 3-Minute Spot Treatment 

Hiclearskin’s Clear Me: 3-Minute Spot Treatment should not be used by: 

  • Someone suffering from a sunburn. 
  • Someone under medical care for diseases that involve photosensitivity.
  • Someone receiving photosensitizing medications.
  • Someone with active cancer or cancerous lesion.
  • Someone who is pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding.
  • Someone with severe acne.
  • Someone with any skin condition, apart from mild-to-moderate acne.
  • Someone with Fitzpatrick Skin Types V and VI.
  • Someone with a known allergic reaction to plastics. The device contains plastics that come into contact with the skin during use. When in doubt of allergies first contact your healthcare provider before using the device.
  • Someone who suffers from light-induced headaches.
  • Someone with a medical history of seizures that are triggered by light. 
  • Someone with a history of epilepsy.
  • Someone with phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, and varicose veins.
  • Someone under the age of 18.

Shipping & returns

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free domestic expedited 2-3 day shipping on orders over $37 anywhere within Australia. Anything under that amount costs $8.

How quickly do you ship?

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days, but we aim to ship orders within 1 business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! On international orders, tax and custom duties will be charged during checkout with most customers paying a flat $15 inclusive of tax, duties, shipping, etc. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery. During checkout you'll see the full breakdown of the rate under "Shipping Method." It will list the tax and customs fee separately.

If shipping to the UK: to get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under €135.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, British Indian Ocean Territory, Brunei, Chad, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Congo - Kinshasa, Cook Islands, Curaçao, Falkland Islands, French Southern Territories, Laos, Libya, Mayotte, Mongolia, Nauru, Niue, Norfolk Island, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Russia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Africa (1 of 9 provinces), South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, St. Helena, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Taiwan, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, U.S. Outlying Islands, Ukraine, Vatican City, Venezuela, Western Sahara, Yemen.

Bear in mind, due to limited processing lanes and reduced air freight availability for shipments leaving the AU border, sometimes international packages experience delays. If your tracking number hasn’t updated in more than 2 weeks, please reach out to us so we can investigate the issue for you.

Do you offer a warranty?

Absolutely! We make it easy to try our products risk-free. For all devices, we offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of your original purchase. If your device does not work properly due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the device free of charge. We also offer free 30-Day Returns for all orders, so you can easily return your order for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

The 1-year warranty does not cover devices damaged by:

  • Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration
  • Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed
  • Connecting to incorrect current and voltage

This warranty extends only to the original retail purchase with original proof of purchase (such as retail store receipt or Hiclearskin order number) and only when purchased from an authorized retailer or reseller. Hiclearskin is the only authorized seller on Amazon, and there are no authorized sellers on eBay. Warranty replacements are processed after returned defective items are received, when applicable.

This warranty only extends if the device is used in conjunction with authorized device accessories (such as the charging cable).

Hiclearskin will not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this device. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from date of original purchase.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order (*see note below). Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of the return request confirmation in order to process a refund.

Please note that refunds are processed after your return has been received. Once your returned order is received and processed, you can expect a refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original method of payment. The returned items must be in working condition with no wear and tear.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. We can only process returns for products sold on hiclearskin.com.

For international orders: Orders with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return. Additionally, we can not provide free return labels for international clients. International return shipping fees are not covered by hiclearskin.com.
